Stress Profile 360
Life load × threat appraisal × coping style × burnout risk — locate the real source of your stress
About this test
This test is built on publicly documented psychology constructs — the Holmes & Rahe Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRRS), Lazarus’s cognitive appraisal theory, coping-style research, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) — and is designed to systematically assess the structure of your current stress, rather than returning a single vague “stress score.” It evaluates four dimensions: life-event load (the accumulation of objective changes over the past year), threat-appraisal tendency (how you interpret stressful events), avoidant coping (the adaptiveness of your coping strategies), and burnout risk (the state of your mental and physical reserves). The full instrument contains 20 items and takes about 5 minutes; on completion it generates a four-axis radar chart and one of six stress profiles, each with staged action steps and long-term recovery advice. This tool is intended for self-understanding and health education only and does not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis.

FAQ
PSS-10 measures one number — how much subjective stress you felt in the past month. This test answers “where does it come from”: how much of your load is life events, threat appraisal, avoidant coping, or burnout risk. Take PSS first to know your level, then this test to locate the source — the two read best together.
